Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in it's original packaging. Valid for full priced items only.

Postage is to be paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards for change of mind purchases.

Sale items can be exchanged or may be returned for a store credit only, no refund.  Postage will not be refunded.

Faulty item - 

We take great care and time in making Radha Rani clothing, if you receive a faulty item we will absolutely refund the full amount including postage.

Exchanges -

We are very happy to help organise and exchange for you, please email us and we help you to find the perfect size or fit.  

Refunds -

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus postage.

 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
